LoanLink Prep is not a lender and does not guarantee loan approval. Our app is designed to help you organize and submit a complete SBA loan application, but approval is at the discretion of the lender and the SBA.
In no event shall LoanLink Prep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our app. If you're not satisfied with LoanLink Prep, contact us at hello@loanlinkprep.com or info@loanlinkprep.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
